Does PPS really pay more? Maybe not.

I was having a discussion regarding rebills and it made me go into my own affiliate stats to see a break down of my rebills. CC Bill only lists so many items per page so there are a shitload of pages. I grabbed three screenshots, these are just 3 pages in a row, not the best three, and not the worst three. And not all the same sponsor.

Now if you add up the amount per sign up, it's quite a bit higher than most PPS. Not to mention many of those are set to tick over for another month.

I'm not saying to only go with revshare. But just some food for thought for people who think the only way to make "real" money is with PPS.

Choose your programs wisely. :2 cents:

Yup some sites are built for PPS and affiliates should be able to tell the difference while others are rebill monsters.

I have always used a good mix of both revshare and PPS. Sometimes taking both on same site with different campaigns to see which did better. For the most part though I am a revshare whore unless it is a site I know damn well is built for and around the PPS model.

Well said.

Funny thing is, with most PPS, especially with the cross sales, I think it's the programs getting rich, not the affiliates.
