On my end, I thanked him for asking versus stealing and explained that we do not license videos in that way. I told him I'll consider letting him use our 15-30 second, watermarked, promo clips offered on our tube at a later time.

I think that a very tiny portion of surfers are starting to slowly realize that they have been used as pawns to make the tubes money (talking about illegal tubes). It's been a cool experience for surfers to upload everybodies shit and slap virtual high-fives on forums, but I think that is starting to cool off a bit. And yeah, there are a billion people on line, but that is ONE who didn't steal and thought about things first. :)

Hey don't underestimate the loyalty of the guys who are obssessed with a micro niche like foot fetish. They treat their favorite sites the same way we treat our favorite bands. For instance, I'm a Stones fan from way back. I bought "A Bigger Bang" the minute it came out a couple of years ago.
