Very nice offer, but did any sponsor bite so far?
Problem i see is, that a lot of affiliates will request content, but wont be able to send sales. Hands down, how many affiliates send massive sales to a programm? 10% 15% ? But 50% will request content, so the sponsor may looses more money then he makes with the custom content. I could be totally wrong, but if sponsors treat me like a president for 10-20 sales a day, i wonder what the avarage webmaster makes..

just the most of the affiliates get all the free shit they can get and then do nothing
its usually no big deal with free hosting, free domains, free epass accs, since they are cheap, but with conent it might be pretty heavy for the sponsor

we would also treat you as a president for 10-20 sales a day :)
you would even qualify for 100% revshare for that amount with us

Thats exactly what iam saying. Take GFY as example.. everyone runs their mouth (incl me) like theres no tomorrow but only a handfull of the people here actually deliver.
If i would be in the position of a sponsor, i would pick my best affiliates and offer that kind of deal exclusive to them, because i would know i would make my money back somehow.

LETS DO AN AMENDMENT to MY IDEA. Offer this only to good affiliates not to ALL. Only to ones who do big sales..what do you think?

Those are the same affiliates that do not need free crap. They rarely use any of the resources a sponsor program offers. They actually have very little needs.

Your idea only applies to the useless affiliates or those who do not send enough sales to cover the additional costs. Hell if some programs really ran their numbers and looked at all of the free resources the affiliates get and either use or ask for and do not use. Then compare them with the actual sales while stripping out the top affiliates, they would see they are paying 40-50% more per member than they do the top affiliates.

Actually it's a great idea and one that we have used for the last 8 years or so. Jens Van Assterdam is correct only the top 5 to 10% of affiliates will merit content like this, it would be cost prohibitive to supply all affiliates with exclusive shot to order content.

At Busty-Bucks we work on a one to one basis with our top 50 or so affiliates and provide them with content of models on the site they promote shot to their special needs and requirements. We shoot our own content but it still costs us about $300 per affiliate and we work it into a shoot we are doing for the site. So the prices that Peace is quoting are very good :thumbsup
