That is not a mistake, it was listed by Lisa personally. The name and content included for one price. Because Adult Niche Domains is a FREE service it makes sense to list every domain you own. Great question.

Adult Niche Domains is a listing service and does not handle the actual transaction or the escrow. That gives webmasters using the system a tremendous amount more freedom. On small sales of a few hundred dollars or less escrow is often more of an expense than it is worth. On larger sales we recommend that webmasters use www.escrow.com and we have arranged for there to be a direct link to their site within the completed agreement section of the WebmasterScore website. It's very easy to use and if you want to contact me I will take the time to give you a complete walk-through of a transaction from start to finish.

Also, since Adult Niche Domains caters specifically to the adult online industry it is likely that you may actually know the person buying from you or the person you are buying from. In those instances you can make all of the arrangements for the actual transaction and save the expense of escrow... even on a larger dollar value transaction.

The purpose of Adult Niche Domains is to put buyers and sellers together quickly, easily and for free. The design of the system allows for maximum flexibility and because it's free there is never a problem with a seller and buyer going 'outside' the system like 'auction site' terms of service often forbid. :thumbsup
