Are these guys for real or not? Is anyone here established getting decent conversions?

I also see the hot site conversion list which is claiming ratios like:

Calculate how much sales you need to send to get 34 level, so if you make big money they will attach new car as bonus for you, plus you can get stuff and $ for XP points for every ~1000$ they give you ~30$ in bonus stuff (stuff for usa and canada i think, $ for rest of world)...

I realize that we are speaking of a lot of sales. It is just that usually when I see sponsors pushing programs like this (dangling the carrot) I feel as if they are just playing on the ignorant webmasters who think overnight they will become millionaires. Not to mention seeing claims of multiple overall site ratios under 1:100.....

Honestly how are you converting with them?
