You are taking things a bit far. Nudity is not "porn" in the sense you would be talking trouble. First of all no, it probably wouldn't be a problem. Even if it were nudity is nowhere near obscene, doesn't make a shit where it's at. The worst they can do about it is add on public indecency or something equally stupid. No minors there, they'd get their lunch ate in court.

We are talking about jail not prison I am sure prison is really bad but jail for first time offenders would most likely be work release so she would be able to work all day and them spend the night at a summer camp type place.
