Just read my email, added a new domain to my server as requested and replied back to me within 2 mins after i sent the mail :helpme

Phatservers does that consistently for me.

If a host doesn't do that then you are at the wrong host. Looks like you are at one of the good ones so congrats to you.:thumbsup

mine doesn't do that because I can add a domain to my server without their help

I think his point is more about the fact that his host has good support and is there when he needs them, unlike some of the hosts that get threads all the time about bad support.:2 cents::2 cents:

As good as Phatservers are its bs that they do this always. Not one host will always read your mail within 20 secs and work on it right away. You also can not expect that of a host.

Edit: you can expect them to work on it asap but i doubt there is any host out there that 100% reads emails as soon as they come in and work on it right away...as in right that second.

Happened in about 3 minutes last time I tried it with Phatservers. Maybe they have magical powers? :winkwink:

Wow... must be some top notch hosting there that the OP is so proud of! We should get everyone to congratulate them on using the ticket system to bug techs who might have something better to do other than adding domains, but then again, they've got a service level to attain as well, so this is all good.
