and the rest you have to think...

Getting people to watch your videos is the easy part, getting them to type in a url or click a link, that's the tough part. Good luck.

And getting youtube to aprove an account where they pay you proved harder then I thought. My one big video had Brazilian watchers which youtube does not value very highly.
