Has Levi Johnston listed as being an 18 year old. Isn't the legal fucking age in Alaska the same as it is here? Wouldn't that legally make him a pedo? Isn't that statutory rape?

* Younger minor under 13 + Elder minor under 16 ( more than 3 years between them ) :
o Sexual contact = 4th Degree & Sexual penetration = 3rd Degree

* Younger minor under 13 + Elder minor above 16 :
o pornography = 2nd Degree ( younger under 16 vs. elder above 16 )
o Sexual contact = 2nd Degree ( for elder minor oneself or if (s)he helps another person)
o Sexual penetration = 1st Degree ( for elder minor oneself or if (s)he helps another person)

* Younger minor 13-15 + Elder minor above 16 ( more than 3 years between them ) :

Even if it was officially considered statutory rape, it should not have been. Don't you agree? That's one of the dumbest laws, involving a 16 yr old with an 18 yr old boyfriend. I'd have been guilty too. I was 19 with a 17 yr old girlfriend.
