how can you get firefox to direct gfy direct type in to gfy.com?

if I wanna check our cashprogram I just type dutchteencash - no .com - in firefox and it finds the page. If you type gfy it goes somewhere else, how do you set this or how is this influenced?

thanks :thumbsup

on windows, you just type gfy then hit the "ctrl + enter" buttons. It automatically adds the http://www. .com to the name, but it only works for .com's

ok I didnt explain ok enough, its not a bookmark and it does work with .net for instance too

just type

dutchteencash in firefox NOT in the search field but in the url field, it goes to dutchteencash.com

type

gfy in firefox and it goes to a whole different site, not gfy and its even a subdomain

I believe that is because FF uses Google to search if you type crap/non url stuff into the location bar. Google usually is pretty good and sends you to the right site but not 100% if they can't figure it out you end up at a search page.

Right - but if you add a keyword to FF you can force it.
