In A Referal URL can you replace & with & ????

For CCBILL. Does that work without screwing up the coding?

StuartD 09-02-2008 10:56 AM

Nope. That will most definitely screw it up.

Of course you can, and if you want to be a geek and have valid xhtml, you must.

TheDoc 09-02-2008 11:20 AM

No. it will not screw it up, it's proper and valid code.

If you just mean to have it in your html, you can use it because the browser will translate that to a simple & before you're able to click on it.

If you mean that you want to have & actually be in the url as it would end up appearing in the address bar, it will break it.
