I think i'm hacked ! HELP

I'm getting bounced/could not deliver and returned emails from my private email !!!!

So my PC must be hacked ?
The thing is, i used Avast, adaware and Spybot and IT couldn't find anything.

So, i'm looking at my boxes/servers where i used my private email (if i ever did) if they're hacked.

Any ideas ?
Got a software for me to scan etc.
Any clue will be welcome.

Is there a way to prevent this ?

not that i know of.. i havent looked or thought into it.. it happens to me once every few months i just delete them and my spamfilter on outlook catches a bit of them too

Nothing you can do, except keep a few since they show the diofferent ip/isp used ( or pretended to be used ).

Take off your pants, run outside and scream. That should draw attention to yourself, then ask all around you to help.
