Apparently he thinks it will put a stop to Ukranian and Russian spammers, from where 7 out of 10 spammers hail...However, 60% of statistics are total BS ;-)

There are rumors in Russia that Kaspersky lab has a special virus-making department. People say that's why Kaspersky anti-virus is able to recognize many new and absolutely unknown viruses. Of course there is no evidence but just rumors, but who knows...
