I've seen a couple of programs sporting this feature where you can configure your own membership types, set your own prices etc.

milfcash.com is one of them.

Pretty cool concept to build on though I'm wondering did anyone try using it?

I like the idea as well with reasonable minimums.

Pimproll allows you to choose from predefined pricepoints. However I cannot personally recommend them due to a 1:6,000 ratio for 2007 and 2008. :(
