this it the jist of the text:

Ich habe seit ca. einem Monat Magenkrämpfe (leicht, eher Magendruck), immer Völlegefühl und Brenngefühl im Magen. Am Anfang hatte ich etwas Durchfall, jetzt habe ich Stuhlgang nur ein Mal am Tag, aber der Stuhl ist immer noch sehr weich, ohne Blutspuren.
Es wurden schon Blutuntersuchungen gemacht, alles ok. nur leicht erhöhtes Kolesterin. Bei der Stuhlprobe hat man eine erhöhte M2 Pyruvatkinase Faktor festgestellt, das einen Tumormarker sein sollte. Muss man sofort an einen Tumor im Darm denken? Sollte man weitere Untersuchungen machen lassen? Bin etwas verwirrt!

Fragen Sie bei Ihrem Arzt noch einmal nach, ob weiterer Handlungsbedarf besteht. M2-Tumormarker geben die Verstoffwechslung eines Tumors an, aber auch bei Polypen (die harmlos sind).


Danke für Eure Antwort, ich habe inzwischen eine Darmspiegelung gehabt, die Ergebnisse waren soweit ok, es wurden zwei Gewebeprobe entnommen, diese Ergenisse habe ich aber noch nicht bekommen.
Ich muss leider aber sagen, das die Beschwerden sind wieder da, ich habe wieder Durchfall (leicht). Was sollte man noch machen, ich habe den Eindruck mein Hausarzt weiss nicht was er sagen sollte.....

Check with your doctor again to see if further action is needed. M2, the tumor marker Verstoffwechslung a tumour, but also for polyps (harmless).


Thank you for your reply, I have now had an intestinal mirroring, where the results were ok, there were two tissue sample, this outcome, I have not yet.
I must unfortunately say that the complaints are back, I have again diarrhea (easily). What should you have, I feel my family doctor does not know what he should say .....

lol, no I Didn't realize it was German, thought it was dutch cause of .de on the domain and it spit out gibberish from dutch translation.

.nl = dutch
.de= deutsch
