any sponsor will accept legal mailing....its just another source of legit advertising

the only ones who might not allow it are the ones who got sued/charges brought upon in 2003-2006 for non-complaint mailing & made a promise to never accept email again

i am sure someone can make a list of those sponsors btw in this thread....but it won't be me

Not so sure about that. One sponsor I asked about it clearly stated it would not be allowed during any promo periods, and it would also get less PPS on regular days than what is offered as standard. Only say this because it is a large one and not a smaller sponsor either.

I know I just like to send offers to members every so often in my newsletter to them.
