If you want to get creative:
set it up as a free "virtual" circle jerk site.
set up some kind of stickam style webcam meeting room where gays and bi's and exhibs and voys can get together and look at and listen to each other jerkin'. Then generate massive volume of user generated content and traffic, and sell sell sell. So many opportunities for selling in that environement and it pretty much runs and updates itself.
