you know - what i respect the most is valueing a customer. i have been selling things to people since 15 years now and i think it will be hard to find any of my clients that will complain that i have not done everything that was possible from my point of view to satisfy them.

this is one reason why i despise x-sells for example - because i believe in growing slow but steady instead of making as much as possible in a short term. and every surfer that discovers $120 on his CC statement is lost forever. and no one can tell me about people not reading the terms etc. - everyone that had ever done anything with customer service knows that people don't read that stuff.

and i am afraid there's another thing i would agree on with Franck - as far as i can judge from the few times i met him or talked to him i'd say that he would be never aiming for expanding the same way hahaha did - with hundreds of employees, dozens of companies and all the responsibilities that come with that.
