- You need his oil ( including the one he gives for free to poor people thru Citgo ).
- He could sell it to India or China in a jiffy
- You have near zero investment in the country ...

all the refineries that refine his oil are in the usa he cant sell his shit anywhere else takes 1+ years to build a new refinery without oil $$$ the country would be broke in 60 days tops.

It's co-op, and it's a fucking blast. There's about 40 different airstrikes you can get, and they obliterate every fucking thing on the screen.
