WebCashMaker.com pays on cross-sales through CCBILL revshare.
Since adding cross-sales our affiliates are seeing a nice increase in $.

We've always payed standard revshare on all our cross-sales. Made sense to me that if you're paying revshare, its across the board, including cross-sales, popups, mailers, etc.

Not sure either on the answer to that one. But we don't do cross sales at Webcams.com and revshare gets paid for the life of the members account.
