We can't stop the guy mailing. However I can tell you that the guy is indeed banned. As Thurbs said there is a ticket open with nats as to why his url isnt showing terminated.

We do not tolerate spamming of any kind. Period.

what happened if somebody want to get that guy banned for some reason, and then he spam his codes? don't hate player, hate the game?

I do have to say that out of all the companies I have complained to about spammers, hahaha was the only one to shut down the fucker I was complaining about.
