OJ trial live! Prosecutor raps judge!
OOOOO!
The judge cut the prosecution off in mid speech saying : "Don't tell me how to do my job!" The prosecutor replied : "I'm not telling you how to do your job; I'm telling you what is not my job to do". Result : "Motion denied". The prosecutor was making a motion to separate the trials of OJ and co-defendant Stewart. Nice try, which they probably knew would not work. But brilliant move by the OJ team to keep both trials under the same jury, because the jury is going to have to return a verdict that make sense for both of them. They can't "really" give OJ life without giving the same to the other defendant. Which to OJ means the jury would have to hate him enough to send another man to prison for life. |
I guess I missed it. What is he on trial for that would potentially lead to a life sentence?

kidnapping charge which carries up to life in prison. If OJ comiited kidnapping then every robber who ever robbed did too. |
