We Survived Ike ALOT better than most in Houston!
Well another major hurricane come and gone, other than a down fence and crapload all sorts of shit in the yard we faired quite well. There's a few houses that got completely destroyed in my neighborhood, but no one died or seriously hurt in them and everyone pitched in to make sure all of "our own" were taken care of.
Our power was out for 4days but again compared to alot of people here in the Houston area we did quite well. :thumbsup |

I was worried about you mr wizzo. So happy to hear you and your family are alright
|
So glad to hear you guys made it through relatively damage-free - at least in all the most important ways. After we experienced the "Ice Storm" up here '98, I was pretty amazed at the way that people pulled together to take care of each other - get out and gets some pics when you can :)
