Yes, since I've been on the Amino Acids and lifting weights, my sperm production has skyrocketed.....It used to be that I could only shoot two scenes a week spread out over three days....Now I can do scenes back to back...

In fact, I busted a nut today and then two days ago and I don't feel drained at all....the only exhaustion I feel is from the actual lifting weights today...

I'll be lifting weights forever...It feels just too good and you look real good afterwards...It's a win/win.

Here's my regimen, and it's honestly not anything groundbreaking.

1) I have Amino Vital Pro, mix that bad boy up, drink half of it.

2) Jump on the exercise bike and do 4-6 high intensity sets. I basically pedal as fast as I can for five minutes per set.

3) Drink the shake while working out.

4) Eat good food, 5 to 6 small meals per day. Green leafy vegetables, easy on veggies with starches like carrots and corn. Only white meats, like chicken, tuna, turkey. I enjoy roasted peanuts as well (the kind still in the shell). I replace one or two meals with a nutritious meal replacement shake each day.

5) A solid 6 - 8 hours of sleep each day. I sleep during the morning/afternoon.

My kettlebell will arrive tomorrow and so that'll be anther dimension to my routine, and I'll keep everyone posted. :thumbsup

If you think it's good now with just doing the treadmill, LIFT WEIGHTS!!...I guarantee that you will see rapid results if you stick with it and when you're in the gym, work out HARD...

Totally, I'm feeling it. Gotta find a good gym around here, but until then it's cycling and kettlebells, and amino acids!
