Probably find someone faster at one of the main vbulletin support forums. Alot of guys that can do this stuff hang out there.

What exactly do you need? If you're looking for a coder for hacks/addons, you should indeed go to vBulletin.org.

doesn't vbulletin do all kinds of stuff for you already as part of the benefits of paying the big $ for the license?
