AdultSexSiteReviews.com steal texts from other review sites

For review site owners.
Check this site: http://www.adultsexsitereviews.com/
Looks like they grab texts from other review sites and compose "their own" reviews.

Example:
http://www.adultsexsitereviews.com/Sapphic-Erotica/

Second paragraph has been stollen from our review:
http://www.porninspector.com/reviews...pphic-erotica/

Third paragraph has been stollen from our review:

Send a DMCA to google and have them banned.

That sucks.

When I find sites that have stolen original text from any of my sites or from any of the sites that I write for I contact the site owner and ask that they take down the text.

If they don't reply or refuse to take it down immediately I contact the affiliate programs they are sending traffic to and let them know. Most programs ban them as an affiliate immediately.

After their site is getting no value for any sales I try to contact the thief again and politely ask them to shut it down. If they continue to refuse I take other more serious actions.

Most thieves mistakenly believe that stealing text is somehow different from stealing images or videos. Fortunately the content producers, hosting companies, search engines, program owners and lawyers are all in agreement that stealing is stealing.

According the Google rules, I need to send them hard copies of content.
Do you know the easy way?

They stole from me as well. Emailing program owners and webhost now. I don't bother dealing with the moron webmasters themselves....gets you no where.

not sure about that, I think email can work too, and google should be able to look at their googlebot cache archives to prove you right or wrong
