Whats the best software for getting a thumb from a wmv movie?
 

I don't want to use ctrl print screen and paste into Photoshop .. is there anything decent out there?

Video Charge, but that will probably be overkill if you just need one.

video charge i would say or just a normal video edeting software. but even for one video video charge would be a good solution
