who gives a fuck about a lot in Saginaw? she had to pay $850 in back taxes, and after yeard clean up she will end up blowing 1k on something that really isnt even worth 1k. She lost money on this shitcan.

She can wholesale the property to another investor or list it back on the market as is... I agree it's a dump but her cost was $851.75... she'll make a few grand on that either short term or more longer term :2 cents:
