Are they based in EU or are they sideskipping the cross border regs?

Bump, curious

BrutalMaster.com used to use them, but they sent an e-mail out in April with the following:

Quote:

Hello All,

As some of you already know, Zombaio’s affiliate program has been less that adequate. In fact, it essentially does not work. To make matters worse, their customer and technical support is pretty much non-existent. I have tried to work with them on this and haven’t made any headway. To compound the problem, their anti-fraud program is so robust that very few sign-ups have actually made it through.

interesting - who's fault is this? The end program's, or the program that is sending the signups?

What kind of anti-fraud setup can cause so many false-negatives if the traffic is genuine?
