ive been hearing nothing but good about the Genesis.

Heres a perspective...

In Japan, Infinitis dont exist... they are called Nissans. Lexus is Toyota and Acura is Honda.

Yet in the states, they candy coat Nissan, Toyota and Honda into Infinitis, Acuras and Lexus. Why??? So americans wont say some like "wow, you paid $80,000 for a toyota???"

With the genesis, its the same shit. the only difference is, they are not sugar coating it by calling it some sexy name to get americans to "ooo" and "ahhh". which in my opinion is more respectable but may mean potential less sales.

"I" personally would not buy a Genesis only because I wouldnt buy a lexus, infiniti or a Acura. But for the people that would consider these 3 brands, I dont see why you shouldnt consider a Genesis.

No, but I'd pay $$$$ for an hour with a Korean lady.

Yamaha does the same thing. Thier line of cruiser styled motorcycles arent branded as Yamaha, but as Star Motorcycles. The are going after the market that wont buy "Yamaha" because it isnt american-sounding.

agreed. Ill take a Hyundai that pulls good 0-60s, brakes great, handles nice and even looks pretty good over a heavy chunk of american metal ANY day of the week.

Watch those races. It beats the Boxster and the BMW 750i by almost a car length.

I think the market is for those who want a bit more than a decked out Accord or Camry.

I worked for potamkins Hyundai dealer for a while as a service advisor. It was in Manhattan where I lived but low rent for me.I had been a MB advisor for 5 yrs.They had a big recall and excels with 200K, 300K miles were not out of the norm. So they build good cars.
I lasted 6 months and went back up town to Jaguar and Rolls Royce.It sucks trying to sell people things when they have no money.

Swap out the grille and remove the Hyundai emblems ... it's not a bad looking and performing car for 42K

Front looks like a Mercedes and the back like a BMW.

I drive a 04 xg350 now and fucking love the car. handles like a dream fast and is a great looking car

the new genisis is an awesome fucking car.

and you cant beat the 10 year 100k mile warranty.

say what you want about them they build a great car
