Obviously you need to overhaul your business model.

Not to gloat or sound condescending....but this supposed 'recession' hasn't reflected in our stats lately at all. And we haven't been doing anything different as of late - in fact I've slowed down a little in the marketing/promo dept.

a person can chargeback up to 6 months I believe, could be a refund for more than 1 month.

Yeah, there are a lot of possibilities. I wasn't really thinking. There is also the option to buy 6 or 9 months at once at a discount. I always loved those commissions.
