Hi Guys & Dolls

We're almost finished building what we hope will become a major traffic generating network of 650 MGP's and BLOGS (Tubes coming soon)

This has been many months in the making and we are excited about 'firing this baby up'.

We are looking to acquire Tier Two funding and one of our investors -- who is not a porn industry guy at all -- is getting a little bit nervous about committing more money at this time. He'll be OK but we could use some feedback from you all.


My question is very simple: Howz Biz?

This would apply to AFFILIATES and/or PROGRAM OPERATORS

I'm not asking anyone to divulge company secrets, but I'd love to know how the economic mess is affecting you guys.

The best I've been able to piece together goes like this: The high-volume - multiple sign-up customers are cutting back but there are a lot of newcomers buying 1 - 2 memberships. The theory is that guys aren't going out to the clubs as much so they're staying home and whacking-off more.

Is this your experience??? What are you seeing out there?

Are you seeing more or less traffic? How are conversions? Are customers staying longer? Bailing sooner? More work -- Less Money???

Where do you see the trends heading?

If anyone can give me a link to any fairly recent articles on the 'state of the online porn biz' I would be very appreciative. I Googled around a bit but didn't find anything recent.

Any suggestions where I can fine reputable third party analysis of the overall industry would help me with my investor.
