Yea, it was just breaking news on Thai TV. I don't see anything yet on normal media sites or TV.

They are saying now they are not allowing reporters anywhere near the border so nobody can confirm exact details, but the Thai air force was just put on alert and people have been killed.

So what does that mean ?
