"Rate my pic" style site needed
 

I need a "rate my pic" style website with a picture, video and members only section for an adult site we want to build. We need turnkey and hosted, with as little technical setup as possible.

I know many sites that offer turnkey but I need one that allows adult.

most are easy to set up, and some dont even use a DB. and for a couple hundred or less you can get someone to set it up for you.

Something like that is pretty easy to code yourself with little basic php knowledge.
