Productivity of TGP traffic

Hi All,

This is my first thread and i'm searching for some answers.

Started my TGP site (ebony-fever.com) just over a month ago. Had some advice on how to start it of. Now i'm in the trading stage and i'm adding(and unfortunately deleting before added) Traders. Some do ok, some are less productive, some are just shit. Most of you will know how things go. But for me this is al relatively new. So i'm looking to find out a few things.

First of al: How long do you give an improductive trade a chance? and what's your lowest productivity percentage where you will continue to trade?

Secondly are there tips and trics on what makes your tgp website more productive? What do you Pro's ;-) think of my site at the moment? Any suggestions...

And last: If your traffic is just above 1k (like mine) is it possible to start trading with some of the bigger sites in my niche?

Thanks in advance for your advice...

First thing you need to do to make your site more productive, is simply make better thumbs.

If you are trying to save because of bandwith, then shut it all down now, and stop wasting money.

Do you have an archives page? If not, do so, also find some link trades.

Hit me on ICQ, and I can also get you into our programs and you can use the FHG's that we have.

i only look at the clicks produced by the trade and compare it to the clicks im sending to that trade

Thanks for the advice.

How can i make better thumbs? I have already handpicked over 2000 thumbs. is there besides better quality galleries from sponsors anything you can do to improve the quality of your thumbs?

added you to icq. see you online.

To be honest i don't know how the make an archive. Can you help me out there?

Depending on how you want your thumbs to look many TGPs have better luck by polishing up their thumbs in Photoshop (or such), seems smooth high-contrast thumbs have a better click-thru. I notice that some of your thumbs are blurry and amateur-ish looking, although that may be what you're going for on some, since "amateur" looking does of course work at times. Such as:

Good luck.

The quality of your traffic is often based on the quality of your website and for the most part, TGP sites are not considered in the high quality category. If you want to improve your website traffic, work on creating a different type of website. You don't have to ditch your TGP, but instead create a 2nd site and slow traffic from your TGP over to your "free" site dedicated to a similar theme. Let this site be the one you focus on having higher quality design and features.
