That must mean that the members are posting them there, or people who otherwise know the username/password combinations; bugmenot.com is a contribution site.
If you are worried about this, you can get your paysite blocked from bugmenot.com by going to http://www.bugmenot.com/report.php, as bugmenot wasn't created to circumvent authorised content gateways - it was created to get around those stupid instances of "Signup with us to see this whitepaper/article" that always seem to happen.
