Random chinese ICQ chatter chain reaction
 

That thread title did not make sense did it :)

So here is what happened, a few days ago this chinese woman hit me up out of the blue on ICQ and we started talking. Turns out she is studying to be an english teacher in the city of Chendu, China and wanted to talk to english speaking people (not sure why she searched swedish contacts).

Anyway in the past days she has told her friends to add me and now I have this flood of chinese people wanting to chat with me. They are nice and just tooooo kind and polite. I figure this is pretty cool if I ever want to go to China, I would have people to meet and maybe stay at.

I've also had a random chat with a Chinese girl who wanted to improve her English (not that she needed to... if she had said it was her first language I wouldn't have had any problem believing that)

It was a bit odd at first, I'm used to only chatting biz on ICQ, but it ended up being pretty cool.

There is a lot of people doing it, but I think most moved over to skype to practise their second / third language verbally.

Don't add russians! The chaining is worse! (and fun..)
