I find it hard to believe if you did read the article you would think it relevant to this thread. Can you explain the relevancy (beyond the headline of the article)?

do a search on my post you will see where i stand
most of the convictions that will be discussed in this thread will be bogus
an attempt to take away rights people have had for years (timeshifting, backup, recovery etc)
sort of like the takedown that i posted as an example
many will be undone by the higher court
