Any studios in the valley?
 

Need a studio with many sets (not bedrooms and living room sets) but rather theme style sets?

Hit up Norm from Matrix, they seem to have good number of awesome sets.

most "studios" in the valley is some dude with a stripper girlfriend and access to lots of sluts, their "studio" is a cheap hotel on Lankershim, i think its "Silver Saddle" LOL

not sure if it's still open or not, but my old neighbor opened up a place that was supposed to be for sex partners to make their own porn videos, but, you could also rent it out for shoots, it was called Live Acts Video

I heard the valley is half dead because of dropping DVD sales. Not true?

for every dvd company that goes dead there are 100 new guys attempting to start sites

remmet has a few nice sets and they will probably put something together if you ask them about it... here are a few pics of the sets I shot over there. I'm thinking about shooting in the cafe, the dr 's office, the gym and several others. the remmet guys are great, accommodating guys to work with. they do what they can to help you get what you need. I really recommend them. ask for Javier or Robert.

I did looked at the sets at van nuys studio online... I think they have a few workable sets... however they have NOT returned any of my emails at this point.

another thought is atomic studios in K town. they have a few interesting sets as well.

like you I wouldn't really be interested in shooting a 'fake' bedroom :)
