Yeah it was wayyyyy back like 1990 that hearing his first CD I realized it was okay to make the guitar do the singing. It made me write with the thought that it's not just a guitar solo/wank but it needs to have defined parts like any song with vocals.

Nice. What's your guitar rig and setup?

I'm all over the place using Guitar Rig 2 and 3 software. I have a PRS with a GK2A pickup running into a VG-8 or VG-88 for some sounds. I've also got a Vetta HD // with a bunch of custom sounds I did. It's all recorded direct. I use Guitar Rig and the VG-8 the most. I must have 10,000 guitar sounds in total here; it's nuts. =]
