Can someone explain to me "google sandbox"...?
 

I have reading much about it but I still don't understand how is it working and of what is it depends??

It's when you get in box with all those site targeting same keyword as you, so chance to get some good position is hard while you there.

The sandbox is like... a penalty, but not a normal one. New sites or sites that appear to build up really fast, or sites that drop in huge traffic but gain in links, can get a sandbox.

You are still listed, you may still get decent listings. But it's more like they take away most, and only give back a little over some period of time.

Sandboxed is when you are penalized. You are still in the index, but you are way down.

Typically, you pop out of the sandbox in 3-6 months and pop out on your own. This can happen if you grow really fast, or dup content, or a number of other things.

If you are black hat, you can get hit for longer, and need to contact Google to get out of the sandbox. There is also another term where you show up dead last page. But I can't recall off the top of my head.
