First time actually spending time there other than a layover.

Why not check out those huge towers, petronas towers. That's what I know about kuala lumpur, not much else.

Just 2 streets away from Petronas Towers you find the Beach Club with Filipina and Thai MILFs. It's a freelancer place and there are 3 or 5 right next to it, but I forgot their names.

Then you have the health centers inside many hotels. Use Google to find the names.

I forgot to add, but you will notice yourself: the ladies that talk to you on the streets at night time are ladyboys :-)
