There's a demo on XBOX Live for Tom Clancy's Endwar. Pretty unique game. The entire thing is voice controlled and it actually works perfect. A little steep of a learning curve but a really cool game once you learn it.

Word of warning, only play when you're home alone. Saying things like "Unit 12 attack hostile gunships" makes you sound like a total nerd. :upsidedow
