2 other websites to be done within the next month.

There will be alot of followup work, updates etc...

So, the designer has to be somebody who is online for a good part of the day and easily reachable.

im working on it as we speak(other monitor) its a bulk order which i may or may not make changes on. It depends on the clients and the taste. But I would say ill be done within the week. giving me a week on yours if I were to work on it. I would have to discuss what youre wanting in the end to know If your deadline is within my grasp.

A discussion and maybe examples of what youre going for would better suite a more accurate determination...
