If you have lists of cheaters, update it regularly and it is visible why they are cheaters. Best would be a webinterface to your data.

Why should you do this when you have a cheaters list?
Simple answer If you have such a list, I assume it is important to you to warn others about cheaters. Do you have automatic cheater list updates for your cheater list?
