Due to miscommunications in the message here, GA rescends the whole statement. Never was it meant to imply that TMM has issues with sales processing, or has threatened a lawsuit against him; the statements were ambiguous at best

I should have realized this would never get bumped. It'd be embarrassing to admit to your boss that you had checkout issues for years and just never noticed.
