[BIZ THREAD] Have you noticed that less affiliate programs get launched now?
I think the peak of new programs getting started has been around 2006-2007 but recently I noticed that less and less programs are launched (and announced on GFY).
Did you notice the same? I guess it's a combination of market saturation as well as an industry slow-down. The days of launching a crappy program for $20k and hoping to become the next NastyDollars or LightSpeed cash are gone.... well, these days were gone for a very long time but the false hopes are gone now finally as well. |
Agreed.
2 years ago there was a new launch every single week, now... |
I noticed the same, all kinds of bizz are slow these days, not only adult
|
YES! Thats because a tube site owner has less start up costs and makes more revenue then an average program :thumbsup

So once again.. blame the tubes :(

It would be silly to launch something to be the next big anything, that is far from proper planing especially on a DIY plan with a small budget. I also would like to disagree with the idea of 20k associated with a crappy program. They come from all budgets and many of the best sites even those started recently did it for well less than 20k.
To the question, I would agree that there seems to be less programs going up. Going up publicly at least. Even during that time period or high point lots were owned by affiliate webmasters who had neither the cash, traffic, and or talent to build them. |
icq me thank you
