PhP ans Css Programmer Needed
 

I have been having a lot of trouble finding a skilled programmer, seems the only reputable sites or individuals I can find all only work with non porn projects. Can anyone recommend a good Program or Programmer Studio (if that even exists) that will work with adult programs?

Can anyone else help me? It seems non of the people that asked about the job could even give me a price. They look at the lay-out I assume and just never respond back, I guess its above most of their abilities/time available. Yet some kind of feed back might be nice :(
