tube8 .com has bad whois info. The contact email listed is bad and the domain's DNS for the email addy doesn't resolve. It's worth a try to make a complaint to icann..

All reports are sent to the registrar for resolution, they have something like 30-60 days to fix it before the registrar chops them. I think the registrar chooses to axe them, but is not required.... could be wrong.

Well imagine if we asked top 10 tube site owners to close their tube sites and they do that tommorow-soon other 10 tube sites will take their positions.Tube sites cannot be stopped but they can be slowdown,so any action against them is welcome.

That's fine... but take on the battles that give you the best bang for your buck... even if there's 10 more waiting in the wings, it will take TIME for them to increase their traffic and move into the top 100... search engines don't just move them up a notch because theres a 404 page, it takes a couple weeks in my opinion to start seeing the results.

The dns for the admin e-mail account doesn't resolve.. ie... e-lo-ne-xc-o-r-p .com Which means you can't send them e-mails making the whois info bad.

oh I dunno.. could it be the stolen members area clips...or the fact that he is using paysite content to push dating sites or his own adds giving no link's back to the paysites. ect..ect..

what makes it worse is the asshole is well known in the TGP game and "used" to be a legit webmaster. Then again who knows maybe he grew his sites with hit bots being he doesn't give a crap about stealing content maybe he was fucking us all back then too.

The domain doesn't resolve which means e-mail's to that address bounce at least for me. Try to load the domain that is used for the e-mail address it won't load for me because the DNS is bad. That means the e-mails sent to his domain admin address also bounce for me.

If that little error will allow his domain to be pulled then good riddance. Not only does this guy steal from our industry but he also owns and operates zootube365.com along with two well established "legit" TGP's.

Why would you want to fight this anyway? The guy is a theif and opperates a pretty fucked us sick site with the zootube BS.

while some email blacklists will consider it a bad domain if it doesn't have an a record

i check his dns to see if he had a valid mx record for the domain, it did
i sent him an email from one of my mail server which does not have an a record blacklist
it worked
