If you're not coming up 1st in the SERP (search engine results page) for the actual name of your site, especially if the name is the same as your domain, you definitely have a problem.

Even the How important is not quite right.. PR Page rank is supposed to say how important the page is based on the number of inbound links. Hence the reason for google to be a pr9 or 10 same with msn.com and a few others. But its not always accurate, and it changes fast.
